Default LS3 upper radiator hose

I was hoping that someone could help me identify, or help me how to find this upper radiator hose. I have a 1967 Nova with an LS3 crate motor in it. I've been trying for a week now to find this upper radiator hose. The numbers on the hose are the manufacturer's production time stamp and didn't lead anywhere. I've been to multiple parts stores to try to match it with no luck. From what I've found online, it's the mirror opposite of a 2009 Corvette upper radiator with the radiator outlet and the water pump inlet on the passenger side of the motor. If anyone could help out, it would be greatly appreciated!

do you have a napa with the large hanging rack of radiator hoses? you could go and see if anything matches up. the other option is something like this https://www.dewitts.com/products/uni...2dJidxBQV3huNE

Thanks for the reply. I had searched online and finally found a hose that fit. It came from a 2007 Toyota Sienna lower radiator hose :-)
