Default Ball Joint Replacements

I am replacing my ball joints on the control arms and as I am searching it calls out front lower, rear lower but nothing about the top. Are they all the same ones?

Yes.

The upper ball joint is pressed into the suspension upright/spindle/knuckle. In that sense the upper ball joint can be thought of as "part of" the upright rather than part of the upper control arm.

The front and rear suspension use the same uprights, just swapped around: the right front upright is the same part as the left rear upright, and the left front upright is the same part as the right rear upright.

The two upright part numbers are mirror-images of one another. They both use the same ball joint.

The ball joint part number is 19329420.

No, because the upper control arm doesn't have a ball joint. It's the spindle that has the upper balljoint (which is a different part than the lower ball joints).
Also, be very careful when replacing the balljoint on the spindle. The metal that holds it is very thin, so if it goes even slightly crooked then start over and make sure it's perfectly straight.

I have found on both my c5 and c6 uppers are the same part numbers. Lowers all have same numbers. K6537 (lower)K500134 (upper).
