I see alot of nice/clean engine bay pics...what are people doing to clean-up / reduce all the hard EVAP lines on top of the engine? Can I just cut them back (reduce length) to make them less noticeable (being sure to keep sensors). Thinking of just running 3/8 rubber lines in place of hardlines,

You can purchase the same automotive connectors that clip onto the ports for the EVAP and PCV lines that have hose barbs on the other end. And then just use some oil/fuel compatible rubber hose and run the lines where you think is best. Just use a high quality hose such as from Continental.
I would save the hard lines as they are just in case you ever needed to put them back.
When I installed my Eforce supercharger, I ran rubber hose as it was easier to work with as I changed my PCV system.

I was able to re-route as needed for the new locations of ports, while still maintaining 95% of the hard lines.

I forgot to mention that I had also changed my valve covers as well so couldn't re-use use some of the hard lines. So I just replaced everything with rubber hose. I would not have been able to sleep at night knowing there were two different types of hoses.
