Head Comparison
AHP archangels and Tony Mamos mms265
Mamo heads → smaller runner (265), slightly higher CFM/cc efficiency (1.55 CFM per CC)
Archangel heads → ~10 cc larger runner (275)(1.50 CFM per CC), stronger flow throughout all lifts
Going from 265 cc → 275 cc runner ≈ ~3.8% volume increase
Going from 1.49 → 1.53 CFM/cc ≈ ~2.7% efficiency increase
The Archangel runner is 10 cc larger, that runner-size change is actually a bigger factor than the 0.05 CFM/cc efficiency difference.
Is this efficiency difference negligible? Given that the AHP outflows the MMS at every lift, being 10cc larger; but not offsetting the size increase proportionally.
Sometimes I get so into the numbers that they seem so much larger than they are.
I truly am splitting hairs LOL
Im just curious to see what other people think and their opinions.
