Default Corsa Exhaust

Hi all. I was at Corsa yesterday to have my new exhaust system installed on my CTSV, (sweet system). While I was there I talked with Jim Browning, and Jim Browning Jr. They Are a couple of super nice guys that make a excellent exhaust system. The main reason for this post is I was given the keys to there new Silver C6 and I took it out for a test to see how I liked there new Sport exhaust system. All I can say is, you have to here it to believe it, they have done an excellent job with this system. This is the first C6 that I have driven and I was very impressed with the exhaust sounds. I had an 02 Z06 with X pipe and after market exhaust that was very loud and had a lot of resonance. The C6 Sport system is awsome, no resonance, no drone, a very agressive sound at wot and at idle it makes you smile - sweet. I haven't driven a C6 with stock exhaust but if it is as quiet as my CTSV was then I know you all will be very impressed with the sound of this system. I love the sound of the CTSV and the C6 is right there also. Now if I could only win the lottery and buy a new Black C6 to put next to my Black CTSV, I would be in heaven. Thanks to Corsa and Jim, and Jim Jr. for building a great sounding system that works, and for a fun day at there shop. Keep up the great work.

So do I understand correctly that this is the louder system and not the touring (quieter) system you drove? Would you have been able to talk on a cell phone while at cruise?

Jim called this system there Sport system, the same as there Indy system on the C5. The nice thing with the Corsa system is at crusing speed it is quiet, I had a friend with me and we were able to hold a conversation without yelling, normal talking, so you can definitely talk on your cell phone.
