Borla vs Corsa

10 Nov, from Kerbeck. I’ve always regarded Borla as the #1 name in after market exhaust, but the more I read the CF, the more I realize that Corsa may be the way to go.I prefer an aggressive exhaust sound during hard acceleration. The C6 exhaust is way too tame for me. Any info would be appreciated on your experience or preferences. I know neither system is out for the C6 yet but they'll possibly similar products.
Sound at idle, sound at acceleration, sound at cruise, resonance etc. I work in DC but live in VA Bch., a 3.5 hr drive on Mon and Fri. Being an old Navy guy, I’m a little hard of hearing, so the loud doesn’t bother me too much.
Besides, I modified my already loud, after market, motorcycle pipes. However I don’t want to look like a 20 yr old hotshot either, particularly at idle.Any advice is appreciated.

The borla was the best bang for the buck as far as quality for price.. wasnt a fan of the rolled tips but they werent THAT bad..
The B&B was the loudest and deepest of the non-titanium exhausts and was overall the best sounding of the non-titanium, but the tips were only available in Oval and thats why it didnt sell well. I dont know much about the corsa but from experience you can never go wrong with borla.. Im waiting on a titanium system or something from Eisenmann.

More on Callaway's C6 products can be found : Here
Not too loud - but a sound of authority when you get on it - I have put a few miles on that (test) car C6
Sounds GREAT!

BTW, it is CallAway

too long before I started to become disapointed in the sound. I switched to my current B&B PRT setup and never looked back. Don't just go by the most mentioned name, try and listen to the exhaust before you buy, even if it s just a sound clip.
Ohh, by the way, congrats on the new ride!!!

I get compliments on it all the time - even from ricer kids... one guy with an Integra and I were messing around (not really racing) and when we were stopped at a light I asked what he'd done to it he laughed and said "nothin' - it's just a little 4-banger... I just wanted to hear you take off!"
