working mod list
please forgive me if this is already ava. somewhere, i just didn't see it.
would it be possible to put together a list of mods that users have put in place as well as the gains attributed to them and the cost associated with the mod.
for example:
caqs eliminator: radio shack resistor - skip shift eliminator - $1.49
ait filter(s): airhog ppa7597 - performance air filter - $83 ($40x2)

"2.2K ohm .5 watt Radio Shack resistor. This is the only thing in the guts of those overpriced aftermarket harnesses. Fool proof too. If you mess up and put it in the wrong connector, you won't be able to shift into reverse. There are only two connectors, one CAGS - one reverse lockout. Pop in the resistor, make sure you can shift into reverse at idle, then you're all set.
Easiest way to identify the CAGS solenoid - lay under the passenger side rear - CAGS is above the DEX III label, fill plug, and a cast tab with a hole. You can see those things in the pictures in the link.

per a discussion about thge airhog filter ppa7597 does NOT provide any increase. it is the incorrect filter even though it fits the airbox. the fins on the filter are aligned the wrong direction to provide an increase in airflow.
