Greetings - I am the proud new owner of a Mag Red C-6. On my way home from the dealership, the check engine light came on. I had On Star run a diagnostic and they toll me it's a code PO327, which they say is an oxygen knock sensor.
I first thought it was a bad tank of gas, so I ran 2 tanks of 93 octane through and disconnected the battery to re-set the light. After about 10 miles of driving after the re-set, the light came on again.
Couple of questions. First, has anyone had this same situation; and second, does anyone know where the oxygen knock sensor is located?
No such thing as an oxygen knock sensor. It's either the knock sensor or the oxygen sensor: they are two separate sensors. Maybe someone with a shop manual could look up the code and tell you which one? The knock sensor should be on the engine block somewhere and the oxygen sensors are in the Y exhaust pipe that comes out of the engine, one on each side.
