[Z06] Dyno numbers low? 535whp 485trq btr4

it sounds like AHP micropolishes the cams they get from comp because of the finish issues I mentioned earlier. Again lots of threads on that if you google "comp cam whine" on ls1tech
but huh? Your cam card specs 1.6 rockers? Either way that cam card is useless comp doesn't check any of their cams when the roll off the line so it could literally be many degrees off

I would of thought it came with 1.7 rocker specs as most LS small blocks came with 1.7 rockers? In any event, its just simple math to convert the lift on the card you have to 1.8 numbers. A rocker is essentially a multiplier.
Example: If the card says .600" lift for 1.6 ratio, divide .600" by 1.6 and then multiply that result by 1.8 and you get .675"

So what are the specs on the card?

Gah this thread gave me anxiety and it isn't even my car.
Here's what I'd do - take my opinion for what it's worth (about $.02)
First see if your tuner/shop can figure out why it's putting down such low numbers. If not, I would honestly just take it right to Cunningham Motorsports and have them work their magic. If you don't figure out why the car is putting down questionably low numbers and continue to run it you can end up with a pretty expensive paperweight on your hands.

Ryne at CMS is undoubtedly an excellent tuner...but he's hundreds of miles from the OP, and Rick at Synergy is no slouch.

What's the sweep pattern look like on your valve tips and in which portion of the valve tip is the pattern located? Towards intake, towards exhaust, dead center? For pushrod length, did you use the rocker 90deg to valve stem at mid lift method or the marker method?
Pushrods pressing up against the head due to improper angles or lengths can rob pretty significant amounts of power. Just another thing to knock off the list of possibilities.
Good luck getting to the bottom of it.

I am only going out of my way to correct you because this guy is a newbie and he might take something like this at face value, as truth.
The ONLY way to affect the sweep pattern across the valve tip on a fixed-pedestal non-adjustable rocker arm is to raise or lower the rocker arm height (good luck shimming a stock LS7 rocker) - PR length has absolutely NO impact on the sweep pattern, it is not a valid method to verify anything to do with PR length or lifter preload.

There is a guy in this thread that ran this cam with stock headers and intake with dyno results.
