+1. Agreed.

In the distant future when I sell my C7 and place an ad here, anyone who offers their unsolicited "opinion" on the price will get their post bounced by the Moderator faster than one can say, "go fly a kite".

wish I could have bought this since you were local to me. My only problem was that I would need a dealer to do the deal between us using my ZR1 as a trade in

Awesome car! If I had sold mine last week instead of today I'd have been interested. Glad you held out... I had a ton of guys telling me my car wasn't worth even close to my buy-it-now price and it sold for that because I waited a couple weeks for the right buyer.

Is the '16 going to be a long wait? I'm thinking about going brand new on one.

My buy it now price was 76,750.00, I had the reserve set at 74,000.00. When it hit the reserve, the buy it now came off. The bidding went to 80,100.00 With 22 hrs left. I kind of figured it would go over 80k. There was a lot of interest in the car. I had someone from Kuwait wanting the car bad, I think he would have paid much more.

My Dealership is only getting 1 allocation, the same as last year. If it comes in at the same time, it will be around November. I don't mind the wait, he is selling me the car at invoice...

If you don't mind me asking, where did you sell it? EBay? Craig's list? I'm looking into selling or trading my M7 for an A8.

I had already made a deal with someone, before the guy from Kuwait told me he wanted to buy the car. If you don't have one before November, I might be in touch.

That sucker loves the car. He paid 2k to ship it, and 9% sales tax. He sends me a text about every other day telling me how much he loves it. I don't think there is many 80k dollar Z06'S for sale in California. I had 4 or 5 people wanting the car. I don't consider him a sucker at all. He bought what he wanted, and is happy with the deal. That's all that matters...

He has a great car that most people don't have. We're the suckers! I was a sucker a couple of weeks ago for not hopping on a 1LZ for 80k. Car was gone in 17 hours.
