Default Southeast dealers, I am looking to buy.....

Are there in dealers in the Southeast offering 10-12% off MSRP like some of these North/Northeast dealers are offering? If so, please contact me as I am looking to order a new C7. Was considering going the used route, but going back to my original plan of buying new. I am located in Northwest Alabama, but willing to travel some just don't want to travel 900-1200 miles to those Northern dealers with these great offers!

Thanks for your time!

Avoid Steve Rayman Chevrolet near Atlanta (Smyrna, GA). I went in ready to buy and they basically laughed me off saying they could never offer an 8%+ discount on a Stingray and "to call them if I ever found such a deal, because even they would buy one then!". Similarly, I was advised to read all the fine print about such alleged discounts at these other dealers because they are usually illegal and not able to be stacked. The finance guy who told me this said he talked with his brother who is a lawyer and that's what he told him. As a lawyer myself, I smiled, thanked them for their time and walked out. I have been called literally over 30 times by this dealership since I walked away. I don't plan on answering one call.

Plenty of deals to be had. Look @ Kerbeck and McMullin, their both offering 12% off Msrp on Stingrays.

I just got a beauty for 12% off at MacMulkin
NO DEALER FEES

With no factory incentives at this time, that's a sweeheart deal.
I fly in next week and drive it home.
They're VERY easy to work with. I have a former student of mine who OWNS a small Chevy dealership. He sells to me AT COST AND gives me the dealer holdback. We're close. I taught and coached him.
His price COULDN'T match what I paid.
Enough said.

I bought my car from McMulkin and did a museum delivery. Easiest transaction I ever did. Was all completed on the phone with Tommy Jr. Highly recommend.

I tried to buy a Z from them 60 days or so and their wasn't much movement on the price. I wound up paying 101,000 K for a Z that the Msrp was 111,700 K. They don't discount the Z as deep as the Stingray.

You're correct...

It was 9% on the Z and 12% on the Z51 2LT with NO fees.
I wanted a Z with A8 but wasn't comfortable with the heat soak/overheating issues, so I passed(for now).

Yup and if you have 3000 GM points saved and $750.00 is USAA cash, you end up saving about $12,000.00 off MSRP of a C7 listed in the mid 70s range...

I can recommend Sutherland Chevrolet in Nicholasville, KY. I bought my used C6 from them and they shipped it to me. They could not have been easier to work with.

When I'm ready I'm going to look for forum dealers as well.. Houston GM dealers are the worst IMO!! I'll never suggest anyone to buy local in Houston...

Just got back to Naples at 3AM.

Great trip !!
MacMulkin was super. Mark, Kevin, and Tom Jr......
I stopped in Harrisburg, PA for the 500 mi oil change.
Sutcliff Chevrolet there was VERY hospitable . They did
the change on Christmas Eve.(half day for them)
I then proceeded to the Tail of the Dragon.

I had a once in a lifetime thrill... I did the Tail three times in POURING rain, lightning, thunder, AND flood warnings. One run I was all alone(probably due to it being Christmas AND the horrible weather)
I have it ALL on the PDR.
The electronic wizardry with the magnetic ride and Z51 is amazing !!
What a rush !!
The car handled SUPERBLY (Z51 A8) Shifting is lightning (auto and paddles) I've driven a Porsche 911 Carrera S with Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) and these shifts are as quick or quicker !!
It's a nice complement to my 2006 C6 Z06
