$42,000 and below C7
My best friend is wanting a stingray he's looking to spend 30-42k on one had to be a stick. No automatics if you guys have anything out there please feel free to post it here.
He will go with any color and options although he prefers red!

The chances of your friend finding a C7 priced below $42K will be greatly improved if you and he use your skills to search well-known websites where MANY C7s are listed for sale. Search cars.com, Autotrader, cargurus, etc.
