it didn't let it go for that price , Carmax says they will give me 63,000 , but I'll take 70,000

I've seen this car in person and it's one of the nicest Z06 Corvette you'll find with out buying a new one !!!!! John I would buy it if I had the money.

I have checked with my attorney, and also contacted eBay on this issue. At the end of the day, neither the buyer nor the seller is obligated to follow through, and now days, not following through with a contract is common practice

IMO.
