E-Force dyno 509rwhp

My old C5 made 512rwhp @ 9psi with headers and 91 octane with 130k miles on the original LS1 longblock mated to a D1SC Procharger(with first gen brackets). Would have expected more out of a boosted C7 to be honest.

You guys are really blowing the dyno numbers way out of proportion. It if was a loaded dyno the numbers would read lower. For example, my Procharger C7 put down 590 on an uploaded dyno and only 525 on a loaded dyno. It was the same tune but different day and weather but it wouldn't make that much of a difference.
I'm only running 7psi and the eforce will make the same power at the same boost. 1psi roughly is the exact same power in every type forced induction but the difference is parasitic drag to run belts and blower that robs power. That's why turbos make the most power per psi, it's the turbo doesn't load down the motor to turn the blower. The more you spin the blower the more power it robs.
I had the eforce on my mustang and it's an amazing blower but traction sucks because the torque comes on so fast and hard. It's very fun to drive but it can be annoying as well.
IMO, if your car is an auto get an eforce because it drives so great. You don't have to floor it and change gears to feel the torque or just getting around DD. Manual cars you're beating gears anyway so I like the centri.
Ultimately you can choose wrong. You have more hp potential with Procharger but eforce is less maintenance.

I made 553whp and 531wtq with just a ecs kit (stock exhaust manifolds). This was done on a lower reading dyno with a m7 tranny. What im really disappointed at is the tq curve of the e force kit, it looks like it drops tq waaayyyyy to fast. at 5krpm its dropping the 500ft/lbs territory. Ill gladly keep my ecs kit.

Congrats on the S/C.
I have to say I used one of these blowers on an 02 z06 new from dealer Ramp Chevy with lingenfelter Magnusson kit. ...(not E force but same type blower) for about 5 years, got to hit 140 + almost every morning on cty rd 83, then as a daily driver and raced it, sometimes missed shifts, drove to Manhattan and Bronx daily from Eastern long Island in traffic, light to light sprinting, the car was stolen once a beat the crap out of...the police and I could actually hear it across town being bounced off the rev limiter for 2 days while following it about. When found the car was intact and unscathed. 2 more years of driving.
I sold the car with 125K miles and the thing still was strong.
It put down similar numbers, about 25hp and 50 ft lb.torque less than the c7.
These superchargers are certainly worth every penny. Such a pleasure to drive in traffic to full race. Awesome torque, throttle response. You can even pop the clutch at 50MPH and spin the wheels a bit.
I added high ratio rockers/springs, larger radiator and electric water pump to lessen the strain on belt.
I also have a Ford lightning with 190K miles with similar supercharger, spinning 50% faster than stock and the thing still runs mint.
I always see guys selling centrifugal supercharges claiming "just rebuilt" you will likely never have to service the E force as long as you own the car.
Edelbrock has nothing to do with this supercharger but putting their name on it and maybe some watering down of the tune so that the masses don't melt pistons. Magnusson will likely be a best bet for this style S/C. There is a warrantee that you can buy separately and it is very good. I used it once and they stood by it.
