Default NEW FEATURES for 2016!

2016 brings with it some major design changes from A&A.
First is our standard head unit. While the Si Trim is a better choice for those with stock engines, we now offer the larger Ti TRIM AT NO CHARGE.

The new RACEPORT BLOWOFF VALVE from Turbosmart is now standard. Other valves are available for those looking for something a little quieter.

Our NEW BRACKET WITH BILLET TENSIONER will allow easy belt changes no matter the size of the lower pulley. We offer SFI APPROVED BALANCERS with 7.65", 8" or 8.25" interchangeable pulleys. This is not an "option". This feature is included in every kit!
The tensioner features a lockout mechanism to lock the tensioner in the open position. This allows you to slip the belt on without any sort of tool being in the way or you having to fight the heavy spring with one hand and trying to install the belt with the other.
The tensioners are machined from 4 1/2" blocks of aluminum and have 4 "Oilite" bearings (2 thrust and 2 lateral) riding on a precision machined stainless steel shaft. There is no deflection due to the tight tolerances of the bearings and shaft along with the huge mass of the arm and housing. Preload is also easily adjustable.
We have installed upper pulleys from 2.70" to 4.0" and lowers from 7.65" to 8.25" with only 4 different belt sizes. Any reasonable combination of pulleys can be used with readily available belt sizes.
The videos are from our C6 tensioner but it shows how the tensioner and lockout feature works. Due to the larger open area in front of the engine C7 belt changes will be even easier!

Other great features of our system that remain unchanged include our innovative "RAM AIR INTERCOOLER" with integrated aluminum air scoop, our one piece MAF tube that features a honeycomb air straightener for linear airflow across the MAF sensor. one piece 5 ply silicone hoses are used fom the intercooler to MAF tube and from the supercharger discharge to the intercooler inlet. Because our intercooler is 4" wider than some others, the silicone hoses are much easier to squeeze through the gap between the frame and intercooler.
