Well is it a 750hp or an 800hp package? Video says 800....

Either way, what are the details on this package?

I originally did the LMR 750 package... Took the car back 4 months later to get new clutch, LT4 pump, meth, and tweak the tune. It made over 800 to the tire, but Steven dialed it back for safety. It's a monster with the new clutch. It'll spin the tires at 100 plus mph!!! Overall, I'm very happy with the car.

Imagine the power it'd make with 2 more pounds of boost outta the lil blower that could?!?!? I had to stay at 9psi because I'm still running a stock bottom end.

Cool... How much power are you making? Any trips to the track yet? I'm still "learning" this new clutch. It's waaaaay different than the stock setup.

If you're asking me... I run Nitto NT05R drag radials. 305/35/19". They're marginal traction up to 100mph or so... After that, they do ok. 😁

I wish I could do that but I take the car on long trips. Bound to get caught in some rain. Also sometimes I drive it in weather around 40 degrees or so. I can't wait to take it out sometimes

I understand. I really want to go with a set of R888's... Not sure how rain sensitive they are either? Can't be too much worse than a drag radial though.

I'm running the 315 R888 in a 20" and they seem to do pretty well. We got caught in a storm coming back from streetcar takeover and I was comfortable in the heavy rain driving sensibly. My buddy with NT05R's was a different story though. His booty was puckered the whole ride home and whenever there was enough rain where there could potentially be standing water we slowed it down to a crawl because he was all over the place.

Another vote for r888s, I held traction pretty well with 700rwp on 20s. I always just put it in track mode and left traction control on and it made it work very very well even in first gear

Right now my car is for sale... See the C7 for sell section. I think all around the R888's are prolly the best option. I still have NT05R's on it at the moment, but I'd definitely buy R888's next set if I kept the car.

What gear are you in when you do this. Also what rear tire set up the nto5r has to be down to nothing.
The r888 are really good if your rwhp is under 700.

Yes, we have installed several NT05Rs, MT drag radials and the Toyo888s. The Toyos are more for your everyday driver that puts miles on his/her car and may drive in the rain. The other 2 are more for your weekend cruiser/racer.
