Just ordered. Looks like a cool little setup and easy way to check ethanol content and keep an eye on the AFR with the warning. I currently have the monitor hidden in my front cubby behind the screen.

DashControl is now available for the Corvette C7, Base, Z51, and Z06 from www.dashlogic.com.
DashControl is the most advanced way of displaying vehicle data to date. There is nothing to install, no programing, no changes to your vehicle in any way. Simply plug in the DashControl device to your vehicles OBD-II port and DashControl turns your factory dashboard display into a fully customizable gauge canvas. See all of the data your vehicle has to offer on your Driver Information Center. DashControl doesn't stop there, you can also customize visual and audible alerts that you set to any condition for any vehicle value, fully customizable by you. Just in case your car doesn't have a sensor for a value you would like to watch, DashControl also has two auxiliary inputs so you can add up to two aftermarket sensors to be viewed on your DIC as well as be used for alerts. The DashControl alerts system is a very advanced tool, this is not your run of the mill type of simple alert that only watches one value. DashControl will take into account several conditions for one alert, all of those conditions fully customizable by you. DashControl also tests your performance, use DashControl to get your calculated HP & TQ, 0-60 time as well as your 1/8th mile, 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, and standing 1 mile times recorded with a trap speed.
On the C6 cars the PID had to be added by an aftermarket tune. Looking at the GM documentation, it is an OEM PID on a C7, so we request the OEM fuel content PID on a C7. It was not correct for me to say it needed a tune on a C7, sorry.
That said, I assume you are trying to monitor your alcohol content from the Meth system and not from the fuel system? I will have to look and see if there are any ways to detect from the exhaust side.
I just received mine today and can't find ethanol content in the PID list. I have it displaying in HP tuners so I know it's available and the tables were there in the stock tune, but the sensor was added later. Can you offer assistance on what I need to do to display ethanol %?
It also isn't paging through. I'm only able to see the contents of page 1.

When did you order yours? I ordered mine 3/20 and still have not received mine? Thanks

It appears all the orders processed on 3/21 got delayed on shipment from Auto Meter. I have no idea why, but you were not alone. It appears the others that were delayed were delivered today or out for delivery. I hope yours shows up today also. Sorry about the delay.

The door lock button will change the page. You should see a PID called Alcohol content. That would be your E85 PID. Thanks

Got it...thanks for the reply. I was using the arrows you typically use to navigate the DIC on the wheel.
The Ethanol PID actually showed up after I plugged the unit into the vehicle and then came back to reconfigure. It now shows in the list as a Custom Tune PID for Fuel Alcohol %. This wasn't displaying on the first configuration.

Glad you found it. The "custom tune" part is because a tune was required on the C6 and it appears we didn't change the name of the PID for the C7...
