Running a 416 forged small block lt4 injectors, rails and pump. Cam dose not have 33% fuel lobe in it. Ysi blower with 2.88 upper and 8.25 lower. Today backed the pulse width down and added a 2nd meth nozzle. Made 835 rwhp and 810 ft tourqe with a8 tranny. Tuner called after I left the shop.
I'll get all the maf, timing and pulse width data in the morning. Is it worth changing the cam to get more fuel or is the damage (wear) to the pump bad?
I was expecting 850+ but the high pressure side would fall from 2000 psi to 996 real fast and I believe the injectors were puddling.
Here are some of the runs while I was at the shop.

84.44 lbs of air flow
12.65 a/f at wot
12.5 degrees of timing
16.87 psi of boost
2 meth nozzles (unknown size)
I'm noticing transmission shifting, irradic shifting then cruising 70 in 8th going to wot it will down shift to 4th or 5th then bounce off rev limiter then go in to reduced power mode

Knocked out a lot of driveability issues. They had the meth cranked full tilt on two nozzles and the MAF curve was way off. There are still some hiccups when it's cold but we will sort them out when our schedules match up, probably do some more Sunday morning.
We are setting the Alky Control kit up properly and will finish up WOT as well instead of soaking the motor with meth just use enough to alleviate fueling (so it will make a little less power but not be as meth dependent and let it use it's own fuel system more).

Man that is the main reason I broke down my c5 RHS 427 with a F1X set up on the car and sold all of my set up and got the c7. A ton a shops that call themselves a tuner. But couldn't tune a fart on a car in drivability.

Almost 17 pounds of boost is NO joke! Well after reading over this thread, I'm curious to know what size meth nozzles you are running? The best we managed was 21.3 #'s of boost on our ECS 2200 @ 1182 rwhp... BUT... we are running a Texas Speed and Performance VVT-1 cam with the bigger 33% fuel lobe and a Z06 HPFP.. Our Alky Meth control **** is turned up to the #8 setting on the controller with (2) 15 # nozzles. With that said, we are STILL having a tiny bit of fuel issues at roughly 6100 rpm and above. I believe Matt over at FSP invested in a good deatschwerks setup. We are looking into this as we speak.
Also something to mention, we've been working out the kinks on our A6 trans / shift points.. We went with a Circle D Pro III 3000-3200 rpm torque converter. It was a little interesting trying to get things ironed out. Are there any aftermarket converters on the market for the A8 transmissions yet?
