Default Headers after supercharger install

I had an A&A V3-Si installed a few months back. I'm planning to install a set of 1-7/8 headers in the next couple of weeks. I'm also planning to go to 3.8" pulley instead of the 4" one that I have now. My questions is whether adding the headers is going to have some detrimental impact on performance or reliability before I switch pulleys and get a retune.
Thanks...

Default 612rwhp to 642rwhp

Roughly, I did what you describe above. I went from 612rwhp to 642rwhp. I changed pulley sizes to maintain the same pressure. I had the added benefit of a better tuner, retune my car. Great modification. I would add meth. injection at this time.

That sounds great. I'm only concerned because it may be a month or more BEFORE I get the new tune.......and pulley. I want to feel comfortable that I won't create any problems for myself.

Again go to a 3.6 pulley and car will be good until the pulley is added to the car. Robert
