Analog or digital boost gauge ? Best brand ? Install question?
Thinking about eventually running a boost gauge and an AFR wide band gauge on my 17 vette
my tuner said its not necessary since I am running low boost but it is always nice to have. Leaning toward ordering the ortiz custom gauge pod
what brand boost and AFR gauge is everyone running?
-analog or digital (i like the digital for AFR)
-how/where did you hook the boost gauge up to ? is there a pre-existing port on the manifold I can use or do you t-tap a vacuum line ?
-also looks like diff brands have diff hook up styles ?
I can get AEM, AutoMeter and DEFI wholesale
also which side do you hook the AFR up to ? LS motors had one side that ran leaner than the other and we used to always put it on that side but what about he LT ?

I might just do AUTOMETER mechanical boost/vacuum and digital AFR
What I hate about autometer is they have so many diff lines of gauges i cant decide which one matches the car the best.

I just watched a video on the AEM looks like you run the vacuum line to a barb and the other end of the barb is electric style connector which goes to the gauge...
not sure what route i wanna go here.
