Is there enough clearance for a larger core?

Not with a baseline c7 hood. Maybe a zr1 or def with a aftermarket hood

Thank you G1Pro. Outstanding customer service. A superior product at an unbeatable price. Hard to see how anyone can go wrong here.

No they are setup for Holley rails part number 534-224

Holley has such a good price on their rails it isn't worth our while trying to build one of our own. You can pick one up on summit, jegs, Amazon or eBay any day of the week.

Will be building another big batch of intakes this weekend.

3 C7 Street
1 Street Intercooled
1 Terminator LTx

Next weekend I'm scheduled for a couple of Coyote Intake. One in particular is being built for 2000whp (core rated to 2700hp) for a pretty mean Texas Mile car.

Are the rails already drilled in proper spot for injectors?

Yes they are their bolt in rails for their hi ram cast intakes.

The rails are pre drilled.

Injectors to use are any 48mm (oring to oring) ls7 styled injectors. You can get 2000cc injectors in this size so you won't have a fuel issue for quite some time

Picked up laser parts at 0800
back at my shop and welding by 0930

Have parts for
3x LTx Terminator
3x LTx C7 Street
3x Coyote non intercooled
1x 2500hp Coyote Custom Intercooled for Boostworks Mile Car

Got the 3 ltx street bottoms welded up, 1 with port injection, 2 without (for the Corvetteforum members that ordered last week
Also started tacking 1 ltx street intercooled up that will also get port injection

Tomorrow going to port and finish all of these up as well as start on 2 Terminator Manifold (1 set of flanges short to do the 3rd)

Next weekend I'll be building 4 coyote intakes and getting that other Terminator finished up, whehhh

Things are picking up big time over here so looking at adding more people to the G1 team so we can start pumping them out more volume.

Will soon be ordering a 2nd welder and have a dedicated porter, should be getting to a point next month where we can churn out almost 10 per week if necessary!

gotta love that tight c7 fit

That was gen 1 of our c7 intakes, latest gen of c7 manifold is tapered towards the rear, the runners all angle forward by 10* as well to create more clearance to the cowl. Old design that is discontinued had about 1/8" clearance to plastic cowl, we are now roughly 1/2" clearance

Just finished 2 with the 3rd being ported during this good ole hurricane we have going on.

If you notice in the rear of the plenum (new design on left, old c7 on right) the roof is lower and further forward, this gives more clearance to the plastic cowling.

All old ones worked just fine and there were zero complaints against the fitment, was just closer than my comfort levels like. Also newer designs are more one piece bent (2 pieces coming from laser shop to build the plenum rather than 8 individuals pieces that all had to be assembled and welded together)

I like the tight fit, I do however like the single engraving on the new design compared to the 2 going opposite directions, messes with my OCD

For those who would like to relocate their coil packs but don't want to sit and lengthen 32 wires!

I have not yet designed out a bolt on bracket for the c7 to relocate the packs to however I do have the plug and play extension harnesses!

Bracket pictured is for gen 6 camaro
