3-callies ulta h beam rods
4- wiseco pistons 4.075 and 10.5 compression
5-btr cam
6-billet barbell
7-trunnion upgrade
8-ported lt4 heads
9-btr 660 springs
10-gm lt1 head gasket
11-gm exhaust gasket
12-btr pushrods

I'd add ARP Rod bolts, and LS7 lifter trays.

Personally I would change the LS7 lifters for either Johnson or Comp Cams lifters.

Also will the cam have a 32% fuel lobe on it?

Who are you having do the head port job? Are they doing a valve job also? If you are putting these heads on an LT1 remember you will need the intake manifold adapter plates.

Also while you are in there, do a stage 3 clutch. If not, you'll be doing it right after you get the car running with all that power.. lol

The ultra rods already comes with a good set of arp rod bolts, and i I already got the ls7 lifters and I remember that they work really good, head port was done by land speed development and I already have a procharger manifold which will have the lt4 bolt patter with the lt1 bolt pattern, also i just bought a mantic triple clutch

Might as well do front and rear main seals while it is apart. Besides that think the list is complete.

why 4.075" pistons instead of 4.070?. I went with 4.070 to remove as little stock as possible from the factory sleeves. The extra .005" could be a concern down the road with boost and nitrous.

We don't really touch the head porting if its a FI motor.

Its not really worth the cost for what power you pick up. LT1/4 heads flow pretty badass. I can add another pound of boost and make more than having the heads ported. we just made 818 hp and 685tq on 12 psi with stock heads.

I suppose. I don't know that I agree that the LT1 heads flow good. LS3 heads were better that these things! I ported my LT1 heads and I'm a high HP LT1. I'm sire it helped, just not sure exactly how much since I did the whole build at the same time. The bigger and smoother the air flow path is, the more air you can get into the chamber and the less boost it takes to do it.
