What are you commanding? With aftermarket boost applications, total spark is between 9-15. Its not as high as a stock forced induction calibrations. You might have Spark modifier removing some timing

This question isn't really answerable with the provided information. What fuel are you running? What is your Lambda? IAT? ECT? etc... There are situations when that could be good or bad, but with the given information that's impossible to tell. Have you asked your tuner?

I'm running 12.7 af wot it goes from 10.1 to 12.7 when i mash the gas yes it' kinda lean .40 psi at the regulator and holds 40 psi under boost iat are 80° if ambent temp is 75 ° timing us 16 ° when at a stop light. Plugs look good no knock or sign of pre ignition I'm running 91 pump gas

on 10 psi w/ meth I would expect 9-10 degrees on a 91/meth car. and why the hell are you tuned in speed density!?!?!?! the maf's read to the moon on these cars, please tell me you're not an auto in SD.

With no more boost & fueling on this in the car. I would be looking for a diff tuner for sure cause the only reason that tuner is telling you to do SD tune is for him to play & him get more info to help him only on some big HP cars for him not to look so stupid..
