Default Cheapest way to pick up additional 50hp?

I have a 15 Z51 making 541whp on a Mustang Dyno. Mods are an Edelbrock E force stage 2, GM cold air box, PTB, Borla X pipe and a tune from Vette Doctors. I'm not looking to get headers. I was considering a smaller pulley. Just wanted to hear any ideas you guys might have.

You are about to the limit, unless you do go small pulley & LT headers & a 95mm zr1 T.B. & retune on her... Robert

Well.. like Robert mentioned, you are about to run out of fueling capacity at those power levels on an LT1. (If you are not at the limit now.)
Maybe your next mods should be fuel related?

How much does it cost to covert to LT4 injectors and the Lt4 fuel pump and go E85?

cant use meth, it will eat away the coating on the rotors.

I’ve run meth on two different roots style blowers and NEVER had any issue with the coatings. My last cts-v was on meth for 4 years and 40k miles. Don’t be scared!

You have some options to run an ethanol mix after some required fuel system mods. You must be local to us, give us a call 631-392-1135

thanks,
John

Edelbrock voids the warranty on the blower if you use Meth being it removes the rotor coating.

I had my car on your dyno last year. I'll give you a call and go over some options, thanks.

LT4 HPFP is $850ish and injectors are around $550, plus the disposable fuel pipe for the pump is $38. The low side fuel system which you WILL need is about $2,000, Flex fuel sensor is $300, plus a tune ($750?). I gained 100 over pump 93 on the corn. Now add in $15K to 20K for a complete engine build cause you will destroy the ringlands if you do any of this on a stock LT1....

I would recommend the LT4 high side pump and the LT4 injectors. Not sure how much boost you are running now but you'll most likely need to bring the boost down before adding a smaller pulley (headers are a great option for this). We have some solid pricing on LT4 fuel system upgrades. This can all add up, which is why you see a lot of guys running meth.
