Default Wideband AFR ratios and questions please help

My aem wideband is freaking me out. Previously my car was running about 11.0 AFR at the top of 3rd gear. Which is slightly rich, my battery died a while ago not sure if that messes up anything with the settings or calibration or if the aem x series can even really be off calibration? Currently I am showing high 13’s so magically the car is running much leaner with no changes made.

I am hoping that it’s something with the gauge but I replaced the sensor with a new one and that didn’t change anything. I already have ruled out the possibility of bad or low octane gas. The car runs and drives just as it always has. Wouldn’t it pull timing or feel off if it was really running that lean?

I let off as soon as I see this just in case it’s actually correct. I am super paranoid right now.. the car idles at right about 14.6-15 AFR does that sound right?. Also I notice that while normal driving the gauge will never even go below 12 afr which I thought previously it would go much richer during normal driving conditions but I could be wrong. 600 hp, meth, supercharger 6 psi.

I would pull a spark plug and see if you are lean or not.

I have an AEM wideband, at wot I'm getting 11.8-12.1 in the Summer. I'm 40* temps it gets 12.0-12.3 but thats something I think is normal with the cold dense air. 14.2-14.7 at idle and light cruise.
you might want yo have it put on a dyno and have yhe wot afr checked at the dyno shop.

I would recommend putting it on a dyno and using another Wideband to see the difference. You definitely do not want high 13s AFR at WOT.
At idle and cruising around your AFR should be around 14.1 which is stoich....
