Default Intercooler and bov limit

What's your guys experience with A&A horizontal intercooler and 50 mm Bov? Ysi and built motor and going to be making 1000+ soon. Should I need to add another 50mm or upgrade my intercooler?

I would add another bov if im going for more than 18 psi unless you want to put a new belt every couple of runs , intercooler should be fine but if you want it to work perfect add a procharger vertical intercooler (race version)

What are the IATs now? IMO a 50mm BOV is plenty big.

I was suggested same by Andy to add another bov 50 mm and I like the procharger race intercooler but I heard it blocks the radiator causing high iats..

i didnt try it but for sure it will block the radiator, you dont have to worry about iat if you have methanol, car coolant would get hot specially in summer

I recently went to the procharger big red BOV and Fing love it. It sounds so amazing. I was going to just add a second, but decided on the big procharger one instead.

I just had the TialQr that came with my novi1500 kit haha and I am running about 26 psi on kill.

Just do 2 and be done with it and have room to grow. I have twin Tial’s at 35psi no problems at all.

You will get by with one 50mm but adding a 2nd 50mm will be better. We have ran in the 900's rwhp with a single 50mm alot. But all the 1000+ setups we are doing get our custom lower pipe with twin tial 50's.
So it up to you if you want to get by or go overkill and be prepared for anything.
