Default Feedback Request: Ported Stock LT4 Heads Structural Failure

Not sure if I will get a response, but how many of you FI guys have had LT4 or LT1 head failures, when using ported stockers? Im hearing its happening through a couple of unnamed sources. Just wanted to see if any of the guys on the forum have experienced this. I'm not looking for the names of the porters, just info sharing on the condition (e.g. FI type and other mods, boost levels, hp, head type and type of failure experienced). Thanks in advance.

Only thing I’ve heard about is head gaskets on LT-4’s above 1300rwhp.

Structural failure how? Like the heads lifting, or like boost pressure blowing holes in the ports?

Wow Earl you sure threw out a cast net for probably the most rare fish in the ocean lol. Sounds like maybe too much porting or material removed? Too aggressive of a port job? I was going to shoot for a more engineered solution when I do mine like Karech offers. Meaning a 5 axis CNC milling not done by hand. But I get it you are pushing the envelope. Not close to satisfied with 8.6 @ 160 on an A8 are ya lol!! I would be dreaming to run those numbers lol.
