Default Nitrous problems C7 Z

Hello im new to the forum, I own a 2019 auto c7z I will start off by mentioning all mods done to the car
Texas speed heads and stage 2 cam
2” headers
halltech intake
kong ported blower and tb
dual nozzle alky kit
Heat exchanger
expansion tank
mm catch can
nitrous outlet plate kit
flex fuel kit (dsm lights tuned)
hp tuners tcm unlocked
best number so far on blower is 791whp (dyno jet)
on nitrous pulls are where the numbers don’t add up, so we started off by hiting it with a 200, only gained 80whp off that jetting, dropped down to 150 shot jetting and still got 80whp Gain, then dropped down to a 100 shot jetting and got a true 100whp gain, initially we thought the bottle wasn’t properly filled but after 4 different bottles that is ruled out, then we pulled the plate out and looked for restriction and it seems fine, at this point we are pretty bummed out on why this car won’t make anything over than 100whp gain, any opinions and thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do you have a log of those dyno runs? Was the throttle at 100% during the entire pass and did you see commanded spark advance? And you will need to work that trans tune to be happy with the spray, along with the torque tables in the ECU. Reported torque has to at least be close, or that a8 won’t live happily ever after.

The tuner has the logs, he’s a very reputable tuner down in south Florida and he doesn’t know what’s the problem here, we’re all going crazy with this.

Running out of fuel? May be retarding timing due to knock with larger shot.

Do you have a purge on it? If so, does it look like it's working, flowing, correctly? I had a restriction in my main feed line that it took us quite some time to locate. It was giving similar issues to what you are describing.

It does have a purge, I’d have to have the shop check that out.

Where are you getting fuel from?? Stand alone tank? Surely your not hitting it with a dry shot. Are you? Something is definitely wrong. When I sprayed mine a 100shot would net 150ish a 150netted 225 and a 200shot gave us 300hp even. These were wet shots thru spray bars on the lid.

Just ask your tuner how much the injector pulse width in the 200 shots and let me know

He’s gotta be around 6.2-6.5ms on the injectors. The 2019 fuel pump is supposed to be a little more capable than 15-18 units.
Hes still going to be out of fuel...
