Dumb question what makes more HP the Eforce or the magnuson? Looked all over internet and seems everyone is all over the place

Depends on what else you are going to do. There are many other bottlenecks far before you reach the full potential for either blower.

From stock, you are limited to say 8psi. As you want to increase power you also have to make other mods to support it and to provide the appropriate fuel.

my advice is to pick a tuner and to follow their recommendation because each tuner likely also has a specialty...something they have done more of and are more comfortable with.

Both blowers will easily take you north of 1000 whp with appropriate supporting modifications.

still learning. I mean a lot. Love this forum. Thanks for reply. Seems like you may know a thing or two. At what hp do you need forged pistons and upgraded fuel system for base C7? i'm shooting for 600+ RWHP. interested in drag racing this car.

Anything over 600 is the rule for forged pistons. I was at 610 and broke a few rings.

It seems from what I have been researching is that if you don't drag or track, 600 HP and below everything can remain stock and would be able to use pump gas (no meth required) and maintain stock drive ability.

Like mentioned above things will break before you can max out a blower on a LT1. Any set up will make over 600. They both use the same TVS2300 and TVS2650 Eaton superchargers so they perform pretty similarly. The intercoolers in the Magnuson lead the pack though and that can be a difference maker on a higher HP build or track numbers on a hot day.
