Default Procharger issues

I recently installed a d1sc Procharger on my stingray. About 200 mile later it shredded a belt. Any idea what would cause this on a new kit?

Check to make sure all the bolts are on bracket are tight, check the tensioner and make sure the belt is on properly and aligned right

Did you forget to put oil in the compressor? Haha not really but I had to.
After you put the new belt on, do a start up and double check that the belt is on the pullies and crank balancer like its supposed to be.

Same thing happened to me on my D-1X install. It was the tensioner that came apart. Put it back together with Loctite and now all is well.

I'm sure it's just the picture but it looks like the pulley is tilted in the photo. While the belt is off spin the pulley and make sure it's spinning straight.

I ended up taking the head unit off and reinstalled it. One of the spacers was on the wrong side also it appeared that the tensioner bolt fell out. So I reinstalled everything correctly but for some reason I’m still getting a little bit of belt dust on the inside of the pulley lip.

Start fresh. Read the install instructions and go 1 by 1 until completed.

if it looks to be rubbing one side of pulley but not the other you need a spacer. I picked up a set of procharger pulley spacers on Amazon about a year ago and there is like 6 different sizes you can choose from in the package. Helped me get mine lined up perfectly.
