I’ve been unable to get an answer for the same question. MSD won’t even tell you...if they even know. With a boosted application I don’t even think you would see a cost effective benefit with the change over the factory piece.
My goal is to keep turning up the boost until the factory manifold fails. Then I’ll start looking at other manifolds. If the factory one fails at a pretty high level I’d probably think about a good sheet metal intake rather than the MSD.
I'm using the MSD with my Procharger but have a ProCharger intake in the garage for just this very reason. My plan is to upgrade my head unit and I don't want to take the chance.

don’t trust sheetmetal i don’t believe they will be better than the msd.
if you going for more than 25psi just go to a billet one.
The biggest issue we have is that the MSD sits very low and we can't use the oil gallery off the valley cover. This is the feed we generally use for turbos or non self contained centrifugal blowers. We've had a few in the 15 psi range with no issues so far.

yes you can I have a mamo ported msd and a ysi with a lme 416 and cid Max heads on my c7. It feeds oil right from the valley and drains to the pan.
