What would you say is the ragged edge of a zo6 fuel system with an auxiliary pump on the low side on 93octane? My stingray has the LT4 HPFP, Injectors, auxiliary low side pump. Also has a vortech V3 on it.
Probably gonna add a cam in soon with the fuel lobe increase

If you push it much over 750 with what you are saying here without meth you are looking to do damage. I do the meth just for the IAT to keep the heat down & per say none for rwhp. I use the pro meth pump warr is for 5 years.
WITH THIS 750 RWHP I AM TALKING WITH THE 32% ARE THE 38% CAM. I REALLY DONT SEE THE STOCK LIFTERS HOLDING UP FOR LONG with the stock lifter in the car at that hp. Robert

I was previously running meth for fuel because the prior owner put it on. Currently being tuned off of it and gonna use it for IAT’s!
I also don’t intend on keeping stock lifters when I change the cam out. Open to inputs on brands for lifters Ofcourse
If you're not going to use the meth to help with octane and injection timing then you will top out around 700-750 wheel. The low side won't be your problem, it will be the high side. If you could use the meth to lean on some it would be 800 or a touch over, but that V3 will struggle to get there. You should upgrade to the T trim.

If I was you look at a full kit from someone like BTR cam kit, this way you get all the parts DOD & lifters cam & all. If you don't the LS7 lifters will work great. Robert
I have had trouble with the LS7 lifters not pumping up, no oil to the rockers for several minutes. Johnson lifters solved that problem.
I have heard this from only a few guys, So on this rebuild of mine I did the Johnson lifter but have also heard on them being a little loose & lowering the oil pressure. So I did the katch high pressure oil pump now at start up it is 60 psi and warmed up it goes down to about 48 to 50 psi great pump. Robert

Thats great pressure! Mine isn't much lower, I think Tx Speed sold some bad lifters?

Agreed, running Johnson 2110R here with no issues.
most lifters including LS7 use a check ball and spring in the lifter for holding the lash. Johnson and other racing lifters use a different valve design, it works better. • High flow disc style quick reacting check valve for better reaction at higher RPM.
• Precision oil metering assuring proper oiling to the rocker arms without sacrificing oil pressure
I think these .635ish lift cams push the oil in lifter past the ball style valve, resulting slow oil to rockers..tick tick tick
The disc style seals and you get normal oil pressure.
