Is there a consensus as to how much boost an LT4 can take and still be expected to live?
I'm at 10 - 11 lbs. and feel I could go a little higher without too much danger.
Build is a ZO6 with headwork, cam, bigger injectors, 2" long tubes & cat delete X pipe. Fuel system upgraded for E85 and Magnuson 2650. No water/meth or Nitrous.
You're well beyond safe to turn up with the fuel support. Too many variables on different builds and applications to state a specific boost number. 10-11 is super safe however on a 2650 and your listed mods.

I agree to many variables no two motor are builds are the same.
More boost will probably lessen the amount of e85 you can run. Assuming you're on the 30% over injectors? Your limit will start to be the high side. e50-60 and 14-16 psi is where I ran for a while before I went to port injection on top of DI. I gave it the beans with port injection.

Do you mind giving specs and boost on your combo with port injection? i.e. boost levels/pulley combos etc. I assume you're running the 2650? What port injection system did you go with and what controller did you use?

-thanks
It was on my 2014 stingray with built 377, but I don't have that car anymore. This was back in 2017-2018 and I ran the Novi2200X from ECS. I was right around 24 pounds with a bell mouth on the blower. This was way before the 2650 was even available for the vette. LMR did all the port injection work and it was a holley controller if I recall. Before I did port injection I had to run c16 at that boost level. If I turned it down I could run a small blend of E. Port injection allowed me to be 100% E.
