I own a 2014 base wet sump A6 totally stock. I’m really interested in the 0-60 aspect of things. What are my best options when it comes to reliability, availability, and cost?

I also have a 2014 Z51 A6, that I added long tube headers and a East Coast Supercharger too. Your 0-60 and mine are probably very close to the same. Once you have more power than traction (i.e. stock), to improve 0-60 times its all about traction (TIRES and road/track surface), On the street you can go a little wider and sticker for your tires and that will give you a "little" improvement on your 0-60, though there is no free lunch, stickier tires come with their own temperature and wear issues.
