Default 02 Sensor Problems

I had an A&A supercharger and Texas Speed headers w/ cat delete pipe installed on my 2014 Stingray.

After it was tuned, there was no exhaust smell and it ran great.

I drove it home about 200 miles. When I got off the interstate, it threw a code and started running really rough. The exhaust smelled bad.

I took it back. They replaced both 02 sensors. I think they installed extensions and checked the tune.

Again, it ran great with no exhaust smell. i drove it some and maybe 2 days later, the check engine light came on again. This time it didn't idle as rough. The car is still drivable but the exhaust smells bad again.

If i clear codes, they come back.

The shop wants to put new 02 sensors in again. I don't want to drive hours to get 02 sensors and then have problems when I get home.

Something must be causing this problem.

Any ideas?

P015C is for delayed response, rich to lean (on both banks)

The primary O2 sensors are probably fine. Your longtube headers physically moved the sensor far enough away that the longer flight time and cooler gases are not registering proper switching times like they expect to see in the original locations. Aside from the obvious emissions issue with longtubes and no cats, your tuner seems to have missed the fix for this transport delay too.
