If the C7's headlights have to be exposed...
Can they not be quite as bug-eyed and big?
Isn't one of the better aspects of new headlight technology that the lamps can be smaller? I'd love HIDs or LEDs that you can barely see through a small design gap or DRLs that are nothing larger than a quarter tucked under the bumper by the fogs.
Show some creativity guys.

Not as cool as the hidden lamps on C2, C3, C4 and C5s. Corvettes for 40 years have meant hidden headlingts. Peters screwed that up IMHO. C7 can fix it, they don't have to be popups or rollovers but discreet hidden headlights are a Corvette signature.

GM will never go back to flip up head-lights....It saved 20 million warranty repairs in the first month alone!!! hahahaahahahaahahaha joking, but........those flip ups either worked or you visited the dealer often.......

I agree when you say they screwed that part up with the C6 headlights ... I too think pop up lights are a Vette trademark and should return ...
Overhere in Europe the stupid LED daylight systems are very popular. All the new audi's have them ... Porsche and BMW are using them ( in a better way ) ...
The R8 for example, a really bad *** car when driving next to one. If you manage to pass one and see them in the rear mirror, you'll notice the waving LEDs in the headlights, and all that is left is a carnaval show ... It looks just plain stupid ... Too bad ... It will be dated very very soon ...
Soo please GM, just make the lights pop up again ... No fancy dandy sh*t ... Just a bad *** car like in the good ol' days

i think the Gm designer got wrong when they put the low beam projecter in this palce,i think was must put the projecter on the fog light place.
to make the car look like wider and make more vesion.
and i hope they use one projecter for the low/high beam on the C7, (like Ferrari F430,Lambo gallardo)

The LED running lights are hot and I would like to see them on the next vette.
I have seen multiple LED headlights with each LED having its own projector. It would look like a spider's eyes. Can't think of where I saw it, on a concept I think.

Plus the C6.R race team needs non-hidden lights....why would anyone want flip up drag anyway?
