A photoshoppers take on what could be the C7
**Not mine**
I found this on a photoshop forum I frequent and thought this fellow did quite a nice job bringing pieces of the concept to a production car.

The door's front edge needs to be vertical -- GM's not going to put scissor doors on the Corvette, and a conventional door won't open right with that line.
Same with the hatchback glass. It can't curve forward that way and still open with a conventional hinge. GM's not going to put a trick hinge on that heavy hatchback glass, and they're not going to build a trunkless coupe.
What's left is a C6 with a tweaked front fascia and tweaked headlights. Nothing wrong with that, I suppose, if you like the tweaks, but I bet GM makes more sweeping changes without altering the basic proportions, much as they did C5-C6.

Impressive photoshop! I'd buy one, however I think there is too much nose beyond the front wheel. The mirror's and headlight take is fanstaic. Also hoping the removable top goes and there is just a fixed roof coupe with an option for the transparent roof. Pretty sure that will happen in order to cut cost, decrease weight and improve stiffness.
Can we get a take on the rear?

I like it. They bring that out in either form I'm a buyer.
The only thing I don't like about it is the Cadillac nose, just like the one on the new Camaro. Someone Please keep the Cady design guys out of skunk works. Go play with the CTS-V and leave the Vette alone.

I'd like to see the lower roofline and the higher center portion of the hood kept from the base concept. I don't see the likelihood of GM going with a nose that low on a base model production Corvette though. Also the front calipers look like 6 piston calipers? I doubt you'll see that happen. Otherwise nice job .
