Default Hold on to your C5's

I just looked at the new Motor Trend Mag and they have a picture of the New Corvette 2013. Even if the final product doesn't look like this , I'm sure it will look close . I don't like it . It looks like a cross between the transformers car and the C6 . I like the C6 better than this thing > Its sad for the Corvette world IMO.
The C6 didn't go over big in styling so we needed the C7 to really look great and they ****ED it up ..On a side note the Ferrari F-70 looks insane !!
Why couldnt Corvette get it right this time , Like in 97

Welllllllll, if you remember right, the C5 was considered BUTT ugly when it first came out. It grew on you over time, as will the C7 I'm sure.

You may be looking at the tranformers movie car. The C7 concept I've seen looks kind of like a C6 with a Pontiac nose.

It had the transformer front the kind of a hybrid back and looked like a real working car . I really hope it looks nothing like the pic I saw .
Why doesnt GM use the same group of people that designed the C5 to design the C7 ?

When I first saw the C5 I loved it . I think a car shouldn't have to grow on you , kind of like women . If you see a nice lady walking , she either looks great or she doesn't .
I just hope GM has fooled us all and comes out with a killer looking C7.

Here you go guys. Personally I'm not a big fan, the front is OK I guess but the back is gross IMO (inlets/vents area, rest is fine)...

I like it, except for the grill. It looks like the front of the Pixar/Disney movie cars...just too much.

I actually kinda like the rear, "Ferrari-esque," the front grill needs to be shortened a lot, like the C6 currently is.

I just looked at the new Motor Trend Mag and they have a picture of the New Corvette 2013
those are not "pictures" (as in photograph) ... they're someones drawings.

Hold on to your C5's...
which is exactly what I thought when first seeing the new C6; and it's exactly what I did. Wifey added a C5 to the stable after the introduction of the C6.

At first glance, I don't think it is all that bad. Depends on what the performance ratings are going to be and of course, what the sticker price will be.
