Default C7

http://carworldreviews.com/wp-conten...c7-concept.jpg

I think the C7 will be like above...

The C4, C5, C6 alll took deisgn cues from other exotics Ferrari, Lotus, Lambo of era.

From Lotus wedge, to C5 flowing edges of 90s, to F340 lexan light covers on C6

I think most of the style cues will be inside wheel lines

-Think the Beak in front will happen; like new Lambo
-Thin arch wheel light strips will happen like F 458
-Think flatened top will happen like Lotus Espirit, McLaren, etc
-High beltline, port-hole short windows...like Camaro
-Extreme fastback; thats the going to be "the different Vette"..more racer-boy than current Gt
-Vintage cues will be duck-tail dual rear lights in deep binnacle
-Split window will be like C4 glass rear hatch; outside metal strip that pops on or switchable rear hatch like targa...low cost, but checks box.

They have to give in on some items; cant have a great interior and great body...some corners will be cut.

I think many will be glad they went with C6 with coke-bottle body, kamm-tail, classic lines.

C7 will be jarring at first, but 20s-30s guys will love it for transformer, techno, modern vibe

That looks awesome. I hope they do something different with the headlights though.

Back end is too short. The roof line doesn't flow right. It looks like a matchbox car. If it came out like that, I would be holding onto my C5 longer.

I would buy one without a doubt. That just got me excited about the C7. Hope it looks remotely like this! Thanks!

I kind of like it.... but agree, something's got to change with the roof.

Ingress looks difficult.
Specifically the head and neck bending under the roof line.

Looks exactly as I pictured based on the sidewinder concept. As I have stated MANY times on this board, GM puts in front of what it indends to make, and we don't beleive them.....I LOVE this look and certainly would buy one.

Eliminate the scoop between the grill and side marker light and you have exactly what the C7 front end looks like!

Link works for me...The car is out of proportion in the rear as I said before. The front is pretty good, the back is horrid.

The curve of that front fender going downward in front of the tire is WAY to abrupt. Totally ruins the line.

But that may be very close of what ends up going into production.

Not too bad. Yes it needs some tweaks, but overall it is not bad.

Just another PS based on the Transformer car. It's fun to speculate, but I'm sure the real thing will look better than this awkward version. One thing is for sure, though: the next Vette WILL have a great interior. Various GM execs have specifically mentioned this many times.
