Default c7 convertible

About how long after the c7 coupe is released will the convertible be available? What do you guys think? Or will they be released at the same time

I am only guessing... but maybe it will be like the C5 and the convertible will show up in the 2nd year of production.

Unlike C5, C7 is not a complete reengineering. If the convertible top is largely a carryover item then there's little reason to delay its announcement or production start date.

If they do something crazy like make a retractable hardtop, well, that might take some extra time to hit showrooms. Heck, that might be the kind of thing that waits a whole model year, as long as the soft top still works in the meantime.

We don't know what it looks like (unless you believe Jalopnik and can see through the bad illustrations), but we know a lot about its architecture. Stay a while, read some threads.
