Default What would be a good minor feature ...?

So I know there's a "C7 must have thread" but I was kinda thinking off topic about features that would be nice to have but aren't really discussed. Sure Vettes are performance cars first and far most but how can that be slightly expanded without loosing the pedigree ? For instance I think it would be nice to have some kind of curb assist feature, to keep the nose from scraping driveways, dips, speed-bumps, etc..

What do you guys think?

Cue the replies; "That doesn't help performance"... "Just adds weight"... "Something else to break"... "Doesn't belong in a real sports car"... 3- 2- 1

Might I please have a cupholder that simply holds my cup at cabin temperature - the kind they feature in every other car manufacturer in the world ??

Are you talking about the dagmars like the bumpers on old shoe box Chevys, or are you talking about Scandinavian females?

How about a refrigerated glove compartment, where I can chill my Dom Perignon and cucumber sandwiches?

Laugh all you want, our Toureg had that a number of years ago. There was actually a small air conditioning vent in the glove box. Your chocolate wouldn't melt on the way home in the sweltering Texas heat.

As for those that aren't interested in a cooled seat, or think they add too much weight, I think they should be an option. First if they use thermo-electric coolers they don't add much weight (2-4 pounds including all the wiring). I would guess the coolers themselves would be a few ounces.

This is from a guy that thinks performance first, luxury down the list. I think coolers would be a performance enhancer on the track. Heat causes fatigue. The coolers will help you avoid personal overheating and keep you more hydrated and more focused. So they are really a performance item and should be in sport package instead of the luxury package WAY more important than a better entertainment system

I would like to see pedals that adjust, not just the seat, and steering wheel. The perfect driving position is a combination of all three.

I also like flat bottom steering wheels like on the ZL1. Little extra room to get in and out of the car without tilting the wheels to the up position.

I would like a sound stop from the trunk to the cabin, but I would rather have the max cargo room so ..... I don't think this can be done.

I LOVE auto adjusting spoilers/wings. Tucks in tight to the body when still, however pops up and deflects as speed increases, and goes to a full speed brake during high speed stops. I am a pilot and I know how much a few inches of deflection can add down force and reduce stopping distance.

I would like a retractable from air dam, for speed bumps and such.

REAL SIMPLE and straight forward. Windshield wiper blades that you do not have to replace in 6 months after you buy the car. They do exist....but for some reason Corvette just does not get them.

I'd like windwings! J/K!

I'd like a track oriented stripper car. 6 point harness, no passenger seat, no anything except a tach, ammeter, water & oil temp.
