Ok, a little bit off-topic but being as there is no C8 category yet, I'll post this here. Came across this fan made conceptual rendering today of a possible future visual direction for the 'vette.
Secret diagram from GM's Chinese Space HQ designers accidently revealing the C12Z69 plans for 2053 to celebrate the 100 yr anniversary of the Corvette Supercar...
C9? Anyone have any C9 renderings?
How about C12, I wanna see what the C12s are gonna look like damn it!
This one is from an "inside" source deep in the bowels of GM. Few details are available but I'm told from my "source" that GM will combine several models to have a more utilitarian use. The front "Vette" portion is detachable from the SUV portion and the new C9 will not produce any green house gases in an effort to control the predicted extreme high, global warming temperatures....

The car is a very nice looking pipe dream, but I don't think it will look like that. If a car looks too far out there, then most buyers will think it cost too much or they fear standing out too much. Then some just won't like the way it look's and then you end up with less buyer's than if you designed a more Now looking car with a hint of tomorrow vs the car that looks like it come from 2050 and looks like it cost 500k than 50k.

Design engineers are likely working on mid-model update designs, upgrade model designs, racecar stuff, etc. Three years into C7 production I guarantee the C8 is drawn, if not modeled to some extent already.
