If the wheel base is longer it doesn't automatically translate into a longer car. The width will probably be the same as the C6 though it may appear to be, (design features). The height appears to be about the same as the C6. The C4 and C6 are about the same exterior in size, however the C6 has a longer wheel base. I have one of each sitting side by side in the garage so I'm able to compare.

Yes, however, on the c6 bodied test mules, it proved it was going to have a slightly longer wheelbase. Although its not possible to get a real feel of size from the spy photos, the camo'd c7's appear to have roughly the same over hangs as the c6, if not a hair larger. Thus if the wheels are farther apart, but there is still X amount of inches of overhang(close to c6 overhang length) then the car is longer.
Like I said its impossible to tell from the photos, but after looking at a bunch I started to notice that.
Please, Chevy-- go retro with the size! Sports cars are supposed to be small and nimble! Shorter, narrower, lighter! And reduce the truck-like turning radius, please!!

I had to delete my original post because I didn't have all the information.
IF you assume the rear wheel is 20" (or 19") - how wide is it actually all the way across the wheel face where I've noted the red bar? For example, I have 18" wheels on my '94 but the diameter all the way across the wheel face is 19.5". Not sure if the same 1.5" applies to all wheel sizes...
Once you know that you could approximate height & length dimensions for this particular spy shot.
However, you'd probably have to add several inches for the front overhang which can't easily be determined from this side shot.
Length here = ~ 8.28 units of measure
Height here = ~ 2.38 units of measure
It would be real exciting if your well thought out calculation proved correct. I think it is sad that GM would be reluctant to shrink the Corvette because of past perceived American tastes- size=value. The dimensions of the McLaren F1 is the ultimate size sports car and again I don't think GM has the ***** to downsize to any of the numbers you mentioned.
