Default C7

Kelly Blue Book has an article and some spy shots on the new C7.
Take a look.
Hope this isn't a re post.
Hadn't seen this one before.

Displacement of this new engine for baseline Corvette duty is strongly rumored to be 5.5 liters, a considerable drop from the current 6.2-liter. However power output is expected to be at least 440-450 horses, which would give it a slight edge compared to the existing engine. If speculation proves true, the C7 also will be lighter than its 3,200-lb C6 counterpart, a situation that should permit the 2014 Corvette to deliver better performance as well as even higher mpg ratings.
Not very impressive HP numbers. Certainly not enough for me to trade if I even like the rest of it which is up in the air too at this point. And boy,I wish we had a C7 section on the forum..if only...

I have not seen those exact photos, but there have been a lot in the past week or so very similar. I really think see that they are popping up in different parts of the country, it is just GM's way of getting people talking.
Really can't tell much from the pictures. Although some people seem to see things that most don't.
I remember that injection mold of the new C7 nose piece that cause a lot of talk. Hard to tell if this vehicle has that much of an angle on its nose.

There's quite a bit in C7 section. From what I can make out it looks like the C6 but a little more sculpted,if you will. Not radically different in any particular way from the 6....on the outside, anyway.

Yah it seems the biggest differences wil be in the drive train and interior.

Not even if the car weighed only 3000 pounds and was geared for performance?
You do know what a 450hp, 3000 pound car is capable of, right?

Not that any of the technical info (5.5L?) within that article is necessarily correct anyway, but just sayin.
