For those who will hate the C7 tail lights...
You can easily and cheaply improve them yourself! But if you aren't into doing it yourself, I'm sure this will be something a vendor will 'productize' almost immediately.
Think of the messaging you can send to your vanquished foe or some hot chick you pass on the road. You could even advertise the power adders of your new C7 or make money advertising for Zaino!

I'm over the taillight thing. The C6 was the consumate Corvette. That will go down in history as fact. The taillights on the C7 - for whatever shape they will take - will go well with the newer edgy design.
Things must change. Except for great minds.... like mine !

I think we are going to see the new generation of trucks in mid December . Hopefully the trucks are winners because that might be a precursor of what is yet to come.
Welborn is the final sign off guy and I think he has made mistakes. Recent mistakes like a couple of the Caddy's. It is all subjective but it is reality that not all of us are going to like the Corvette.

When camaros pass now on the road, go there is the new
corvette basically. Straight slab rear window ending in the deck
lid. Taillights close enough to be called similar. If camaro just
lines the exhaust up in the middle, even closer.
Corvette and Cadillacs use to be idea cars for the rest of the
line, not any more. They are just copykats from other lines
and manufacturers. Corvette is now just one of many
sports cars, Most won't even know what it is when seen on
the road.
Bring back a big ole Sedan de ville, people will go oh wow.
Leg room, head room and comfort.

Exactly, up until the Art and Science design of Cadillacs, I never was interested in Cadillac. With Art and Science, Cadillac became relevent to me and they do stand out from the competition.

I realize you were typing this as you hurried to your English as a Second Language class, but what the hell were you trying to say?

Love your Halloween avatar, Bucky.
By the way, in a fit of extreme boredom and time wasting the other day, I got inspired by your name to see if you are the master thread killer. You aren't. I looked at the past month to see who was the last poster in old threads. Counted up and it's spread all over the place. No clear winner. Everyone gets the last word sometime!

I would bet the farm that ( because of present Cadillac interiors ) the C7 interior will be as good as it gets..
Because of the CTS coupe I am still running a little scared about the final design of the C7 but the odds are still in favor of the Corvette being great..

Translation: When you see a camaro while you are out driving your new C7, say to yourself, hey, there is the new version of what a corvette should be. With the straight slab rear window, fading away right into the deck lid, and assuming the tailights are very close in style, its pretty close. In the event they relocate the exhaust tips to the center of the car, even closer, lol.

When you see the new camaros on the road, you are basically seeing the new corvette.

Ever notice that "roundlight lover's" avatar kinda looks like Shemp Howard of the Three Stooges with a wig on.

Yeah, that's just melodrama talking. Only the most automotively oblivious will confuse these two cars. And if it's really important to you that such clueless people know you're not driving a Camaro, you need to reevaluate your priorities.

...I hope for others sake that the tail looks really nice... cause that's what they will be looking at when I go by.
