To the OP, nobody knows the answer to your question yet. The car has not been unveiled. There are no announced prices or options.
Consensus guesses (and that's all they are) are first customers might be able to order in spring for a fall delivery. Maybe.

The dealer is not part of the GM organization therefore any orders or options to purchase are only his. I have not seen this dealer's purchase agreement, though the sequence of your order has no relation to the production date or Vin number of actual car. The dealer has only control of his actual allotment, he is assigning delivery number positions based on this.
