I agree I have always thought of Retro as a ripoff of some one elses design, if you cannot come up with something new then don't bother, if you want an old design then buy an old car.

The C7 is retro. It is named the Stingray and the fish emblem is almost a perfect match for the fish emblem that was on the 1959 Stingray's front fender.

I think the interior has a LOT of retro queues.

im really not understanding you. this car is retro. the interior is C4. the rear end has retro qualities. the stingray emblem and name is 100% retro. the distance between the front wheel well and tip of the nose is retro. the side peek-a-boo window is retro. GM wanted to please everyone, they tried to have retro plus technology. there is a lot i like about the car, so i will most likely be test driving a black one. i just think they could have really set a NEW bar here with a totally new design that no one else is doing out there. and not try and please everyone.
