I was bored and I'm not photoshop pro but I made a new design that I liked, aside from tail lights, which I'd liked to have seen like the c6 design but LEDS.
I'll be in the market for one of these guys if someone decides to make a rear bumper with a better design, I can't get over that fiasco!
Hope people like and again, excuse my amateur skills, I know the tail lights suck more than the rest of it.
Sorry but that is one of the worst renders I have ever seen, anywhere.
Nothing is wrong with the tail lights. It's the outer stingray shape pointing downwards that contains the vents. It gives the car a character. A sad lonely character in this case. Not as aggressive as many people would hope. And many people thinks its ugly at first glance. More seem to think it looks like a camaro based on previous artists renders. It looks nothing like a camaro, more like a transformer movie type of car.

Bleh! Enjoy your Impala I guess.
No wonder GM got away from round lights if they were to look like this.

What's even funnier .... the OP had the nerve to put a watermark on this 'ish, like he thinks someone might want to steal his Impala masterpiece !!! Waaaaaaa !!!!!!!!
the best rear end ever i had seen on sport car. i dunno why GM just higher an european designer to make their cars look awesome and aggressive from the end!
To me, what makes this rear end a winner is not the taillights(but they do look good) but that it has some gentle curves(like the designer knew how to use a French Curve) instead on the harsh straight lines and the sharp corners on the rear of the C7. Every line on the rear end of the C7 reminds me of driving behind a semi trailer.

The front half C7 is ok, still retains a good C6 feel. But the back just does not reflect some
thing different. More like many other sports cars on the road. Yawn
Now if they would have gone retro and picked up the C3 before bubble window that would
have been cool. The rear lights with the KISS inspired makeup around them just doesn't
do it. With LED tech sure they could have come up with something that didn't reflect the
Camaro and Malibu.

Lose the downturned black vents next to the square lamps and the new rear looks fine. Vent the air lower in the body from those vertical vents.
The problem with Chevy design is they try to be too Hot Wheels. Understated class is better--and it is a fine line. Chevy clearly is having a difficult time deciding if it wants to truly go Porsche hunting or if it still wants to see its car in car mag comparison tests with the Shelby Mustangs....
