Actually, your comparison has convinced me they really look nothing alike... Sure they both have four taillights, but really that's where the similarities end.

I dig the new corvette styling. Different strokes for different folks.

Change is good after two c5s and now my beautiful c6!

Thanks for posting up

The cars look different, however brand recognition is is what all manufacturers are aiming for, you see one vehicle and it identifies the brand instantly, BMW has been doing it for years as well as MB, Porsche, Audi, you see a 30K Audi A3 and a 90K A8 and the fronts are almost identical, the similarities between Camaro and Vette is in the cheap quality going into them, it seem they only care about performance, screw the rest.

I think that Chevrolet is making an attempt to keep a "family resemblance" with its model lineup. But personally were talking about the halo model here. Only two seater in the whole GM lineup. Im sure most people will realize its a Corvette.

Whaaat? How do you know the C7 is of cheap quality? Not sure if you've been in one, but most of us haven't. Judging from the photos only, they don't look cheap.

Camaro resemblances aside, I hope they fix that diffuser for the ZO6 version. That is the worst view of the car and it's the one everyone will see the most.
