A new LT1 engine article

This one from a SAE magazine pertains primarily to the LT1 for the C7, but it also discusses versions of this basic V8 as well as the new V6 for GM truck applications. The article has a few things I haven't seen before, at least not in the same words, e.g.:
"An Aisin 8-speed automatic will replace the former 6-speed" (but doesn't say when)
The words "at least" appear before 450 hp & 450 Lb-ft
Mentions NVH challenges of C7 chassis with 4-cylinder (AFM) operation
Discusses Delphi DI system using language that leads me to suspect that injector flow capacity challenges mean that we won't see an E85-capable C7 right away (just my interpretstion here)
In part discussing what a good match C7 and AFM is: "...was developed to a 3000-Lb target..." (not sure just what this means re final/actual C7 weight)
